# 30 Hook Formulas: EN and FR Templates

Each formula is a pattern, not a literal template. Adapt the wording to the user's voice. Use these when you need to move fast or when a tailored hook is not landing.

- EN: "Most people think procrastination is a time-management problem. It's an emotion-regulation problem."
